This is probably a world's first ! The manufacturer of this particular car is so concerned about safety that they've got an airbag for the burglar in case he has an accident during the getaway ! :D

I heard that Airbags are painful, maybe this is some kind of defensive mechanism where the Burglar get hit by an airbag to knock him down!
