There's a well known saying ; " You are what you eat ". Well then, what the hell am I ?? Even though it may not be the tastiest lunch in the world my healthy lunches are sure colorful.
. Steamed Holland mushrooms, . poached chicken thighs, . mixed boiled veggies and . stuffed olives.
. Pan roasted mushrooms, . poached chicken breasts, . steamed cauliflowers and . stuffed Spanish olives on a bed of Romaine lettuce.
