Spinach Penne Rigate

This is something that Mrs. Bloggermathai whipped up last week, Spinach Pasta. She used some Penne Rigate (and some leftover Pipe Rigate) with chopped spinach, Bechamel sauce and cheese.
I'll try to describe how she made it.

Boil the pasta till its al dente. Drain and rinse in cold water. Blanch the chopped spinach, drain and saute in a pan till cooked. Now lightly toss the pasta and spinach in a bowl and then pour the sauce over it. You can add parmesan, cheddar or mozarella cheese to top it off and then bake in the oven till all the cheese has melted.
