Grafitti ??

Saw this old building while walking towards my office. I usually take another route to work, guess thats why I havent seen this till now. The entire wall was covered with symbols and signs, most of the paint had peeled off and lost some of its color. Cant make out if its grafitti by some kids or some kinda cryptic message. Wish I could ask that 'Symbologist' who was in the limelight recently (you know who I'm talking about)
