A lot of people wonder why Kuwait has a lot of fat.. oops "obese" people. I've found the secret behind this situation. It seems they've been doing things wrong all along !
Sadly I too happen to be a "few" kilos over my ideal weight but this is worth a post. On closer examination it looks like the guy is juts pulling in his tummy for the "before" picture. ;)

look closer... the picture says before and after... the after pic has bigger stomach... hahahaha !
yes , i saw that too. they mixed up the before and after pics. :D
