I registered for the event over the weekend. They have a tent setup near Scientific center in Salmiya and I think there's one at the Avenues Mall. Its a pretty quick procedure.
You give them your civil ID. They check your Blood pressure and fill out the registration form. Then they give you your jersey number, NBK cap and a pamphlet about the event.
The walkathon starts at the Scientific center and ends at Green Island. Be at the starting point by 1430 hours. At last count more than 5000 people have registered for the walkathon this year !!

Jonyboy: good luck spotting me in such a big crowd ! :D Ray: yeah but it will be worth it. I'm not sporty enough for a marathon so this is the next best thing. :)

i thought about it.... but will get exhausted in crowd of 5000 people.
